All online orders are made-to-order for you! Please allow up to 14 days for your garment to be made. Should you require a custom garment or want to request a specific size or change, please email us to discuss and confirm that an order can be customized to your needs. If we are able to accommodate, the order will be confirmed and processed.

Custom Order Fees

Free for any custom size request. $10+ fee for any changes to the design of the garment (i.e. adding pockets, altering design length, custom neckline, etc.). If you require custom specifications for your online orders, please email us before placing your order!

Canada Post: Standard Flat Rate Domestic Shipping: $19.99 

Online orders over $150 now qualify for free Canada-wide standard shipping.

All US or international shipping charges apply.

    Exchange Policy

    *ALL ON SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

     

    If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please email us to request an exchange for online credit and state the issue, prior to returning the purchased item.
    You may exchange your unworn/unused purchase for online credit only, if returned by mail within 14 days of your original receipt (excluding on sale/clearance items). 
    Returned shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
    In the event of special offers, no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise.
    EMK will replace a damaged or broken item for up to a month from the date you receive it. We are also happy to repair your item for you, you just have to provide your original purchase receipt.
    *Our exchange for credit policy is extended through each holiday season. Any items purchased as a gift (excluding on sale/clearance items) during December 1st-23rd can be exchanged for online credit until January 15th.

    Gift Cards

    All gift certificates previously purchased at our physical EMK Studio Boutique can only be redeemed at our online store at checkout. They cannot be redeemed at boutiques / companies that are carrying our clothing line. Gift cards are available for purchase on our online store only.
